What a partnership could involve

We would begin by learning about your services, eligibility requirements, location, availability, and preferred referral process. Before listing an organization or sending a referral, we would confirm the details and agree on how to work together.

Any sharing of a parent’s personal information would require an appropriate consent process. A partnership would not mean that LifeBridge provides or guarantees another organization’s services.
